Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

For many years I've had a fear of getting my wisdom teeth removed even though it needed to be done. I had a great experience here at Capital Oral and would recommend this practice. This was my experience... I had the initial consult nearly a year ago. It was very straightforward. We talked about the procedure and looked at the X-rays from my dentist. I had at least 1 impacted wisdom tooth, and was advised to have all 4 removed. Even though the consultation wasn't scary, I had a lot of fear to make the next appointment. Many months after the initial consult, I talked with my psychiatrist about the fear and was prescribed Celexa. I partially credit Celexa for helping tamper my general anxiety about going through with the surgery. There was also a book "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway" that she recommended and it also helped me push through the fear. A couple of weeks after I finished the book, I finally made the call to schedule an appointment. They were able to schedule my appointment in 6 days at the earliest. I had many questions for the person who took my call and she patiently and sympathetically answered them all. I was able to pickup the prescription antibiotics, mouthwash,

Dr. Cook and team at the Midtown Raleigh location were wonderful! My 7 year old has two baby teeth removed and an adult tooth extracted. The experience was quick and he answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly. Day one and the kiddo is doing great! Highly recommend.

My two children had teeth extracted at Capital Oral & Facial Surgery. My son had crowding of his teeth and required the removal of a few of them to make space for his braces. My daughter had wisdom teeth deep within her gums extracted. Both children saw Dr.Ahmad. He is excellent at his craft and came highly recommended by my childrens dentist and orthondontist! He is caring, warm and kind. The office is pleasant and has an upscale feel. His two nurses both named Jackie were amazing as well! I highly recommend this practice for outstanding care!

This is my second experience using Dr. Amad and it was amazing. First with my oldest son, and this time with my 13 year old. He had to get 8 teeth removed during his transition to braces. This process was so seemless, quick, and easy. Dr. Amad and his staff are wonderful and took time to answer any questions I had. If you have pre-teens or teenagers that require oral surgery, this is where I recommend.
